Our Team Members are the face of Crispers and its arms, hands, and legs. They keep everything clean, fresh and appealing to our guests and deliver customer service with a smile. Duties in serving our guests include greeting with a smile, preparing food, assembling orders, working a cash register, delivering food, and bussing tables.
To stand out as a Crispers Team Member, you will need to work busy shifts on your feet, and have outstanding guest service and communication skills. You will need to:
Prepare food in a timely, neat, and accurate manner.
Follow recipes accurately and in accordance with Salata standards.
Provide excellent customer service by having a servant's heart.
Maintain appropriate portion control
Ability to see sufficiently to maintain safety and determine product quality, service and
cleanliness.
Mobility to get to multiple stations within the restaurant.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to count, separate, and weigh all types of food products.
Ability to develop positive working relationships and work as a part of a team as needed and
requested.
Ability to communicate clearly and listen attentively to guests and co-workers.
Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
Display a positive and energetic approach to all assignments.
Ability to follow instructions for recipes, food preparation, and sanitation guidelines.
Willingness to be cross-trained in all areas of the restaurant.
